With reference to the subject cited above, please find enclosed copies of newspaper publication of the Corrigendum to the Notice of 32nd Annual General Meeting to be held on September 30, 2026, published on September 26, 2026 in Business Standard (in English) and Nava Telangana (in Telugu).

The Corrigendum is being issued on the behest of stock exchanges with respect to the In-Principle Application made for preferential issue. This is with reference to the Notice dated dated August 31, 2026, convening 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of shareholders of Orchasp Limited to be held on Wednesday, September 30, 2026 at 10.30 A.M at Plot No-19 & 20, Moti Valley, Trimulgherry, Secunderabad 500 015 through Video Conferencing ( VC ) / Other Audio-Visual Means ( OAVM ) to transact the business as set out in the Notice of AGM which has already been circulated to the shareholders. The said Notice of AGM is hereby modified with following amendments, which shall be read as part and parcel of said Notice already circulated.1. In Page No.34 : Item 6: Fourth Paragraph: Relevant date shall be read as August 31, 2026.2. In Page No.49 : In Point 3 deletion of the words and warrants and change in relevant date.3. In Page No.49 : Point 4 relating to Basis or justification for the price (including premium, if any) at which the offer or invitation is being made4. In Page No.50 : Point 9 - As on February 28, 2026 deleted from the foot of the table5. In Page No.51 : Point 13 - Certificate from Practicing Company Secretary 6. In Page No.51 : Point 14 relating to the current and proposed status of the allottee(s) post the preferential issues namely, promoter or non-promoter7. In Page No.51 : Point 18 relating to Neither the Company nor any of its Promoters or Directors is a wilful defaulter or a fraudulent borrower.Except as detailed and modified above, all other contents of the AGM Notice along with Explanatory Statement dated August 31, 2026, shall remain unchanged. Please note that there is neither a change in the computed minimum price arrived at under Regulation 164 of SEBI ICDR nor a change in the offer price at which the equity shares are proposed to be issued under preferential issue.
